Enrichments:

As Part of our whole-child and nature-based approach, students enjoy weekly classes in music, yoga, dance, and sports fitness. These activities support mindfulness, creativity, movement, and a strong connection to the world around them.

Music:

Children explore rhythm, melody, and sound through singing, instruments, and movement. Music enhances language development, memory, and listening skills while also promoting joy and creative expression.

Dance:

Through guided movement and choreography, children build coordination, balance, and confidence. Dance encourages physical activity, creativity, and self-expression in a fun and energetic way.

Yoga:

Yoga helps children develop body awareness, flexibility, and mindfulness. It teaches breathing and calming techniques that support emotional regulation, focus, and self-confidence.

Sports Fitness & Health:

Our fitness and health program introduces children to active play, teamwork, and healthy lifestyle habits. It builds gross motor skills, coordination, strength, and an early appreciation for physical well-being.
