Develop language and communication through songs, stories, and conversations during daily routines. Explore natural materials and outdoor spaces to activate their senses and connect with the world around them. Strengthen motor skills through tummy time, climbing, crawling and guided movement indoors and outdoors. Express themselves creatively through open-ended play, art, and sensory experiences. Practice independence with encouragement to make choices, engage in routines, and build self-help skills.

Your Little Turtle will experience daily time outdoors connecting with the Earth, water, plants, and sky-supporting sensory development and a love for the natural world. Whether it's collecting leaves, digging in soil, stacking blocks, or listening to a story, every moment is a learning opportunity rooted in real-world discovery. Emerging academic foundations are nurtured through engaging activities
in early literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving-delivered through songs, storytelling, hands-on sorting, and imaginative play.. Educators will focus on social-emotional learning,self-expression,and independence. These are woven into every part of the day. In the Little Turtles room, we celebrate every milestone and nurture a lifelong love of learning-through nature, relationships, and wonder.

In our Los Ositos classroom, children are given the space to think deeply, ask questions,explore freely, and express who they are. This is a time of incredible growth-academically, socially, emotionally, and physically. We have daily outdoor play that supports sensory integration, motor skills, and a lifelong appreciation for the environment. Emotional regulation, friendships, and problem-solving, and independence are nurtured with care and intention. Through art, music, movement, and imaginative play, children build confidence and communicate their unique ideas.

In our Los Tiburones classroom, children are supported as they take bold steps toward kindergarten readiness-growing in confidence, creativity, and capability. We honor the whole child by nurturing not just academic growth, but also social-emotional well-being, and physical development. Guided by an emergent curriculum, our learning is shaped by the children's interests and questions. We incorporate nature-based experiences to encourage outdoor exploration, scientific curiosity, and environmental awareness-whether it is observing insects in the garden or creating stories inspired by the clouds.

Children build strong foundations in literacy, math, science, and problem-solving while also developing empathy, independence,and confidence. Our nature based philosophy means learning doesn't just happen inside four walls- it expands into the outdoor classroom. Through the emergent curriculum, learning is guided by children's interests and questions. Whether we're measuring shells, writing stories about sea creatures, or studying the tidepool life cycle, every experience in Kindergarten Cove is purposeful, joyful and rooted in wonder.

In the Eco Thinkers classroom, children are celebrated as active participants in their own learning journey. "Eco" stands for both ecology and education-we explore the deep connections between people, planet , and purpose. This classroom name reflects our commitment to nurturing learners who are thoughtful, curious, compassionate, and deeply connected to the world around them. Our curriculum blends academic foundations in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies with nature exploration, project-based learning, and social-emotional growth. In 1st grade, Eco Thinkers will: Strengthen reading and comprehension skills using both nature-themed and traditional texts. Build writing and storytelling abilities through journals, poetry, and personal narratives. Deepen math fluency with real-life problem solving, patterns in nature, and data collection and so much more. Through the whole child approach, we honor each child's unique voice and learning style, guiding them to become thoughtful, capable learners who care deeply for themselves, others and the Earth.

Camp ExplorAmar 5 years -12 years
Discover.Move.Create.Connect.
Camp ExplorAmar is a vibrant summer experience for children from June 16th-August 7th, that blends nature,creativity, and play with the whole child and emergent learning approaches. Our program includes outdoor play everyday, art projects inspired by land and sea, sports fitness, movement, mindfulness for physical development, STEAM- based projects and hands-on learning. We have mixed-age collaboration to build community and leadership. The name "ExplorAmar' is a playful blend of the words 'explorar' (to explore) and 'amar' (to love/the sea). It reflects our mission to help children explore the world around them with joy, curiosity, and compassion-connecting deeply with nature, themselves, and others. Join us this summer for a season of sunshine, discovery, and growth!
